Project Facts

Gateway Corporate Center is a 38 acre master planned business park situated at the gateway to the Columbia Corridor on the intersection of the I-84 freeway and 181st Avenue.  The project has exposure to NE 181st Avenue and NE Sandy Boulevard, providing visibility and signage opportunities for park tenants.  The project is close to Portland International Airport and many nearby amenities including Cascade Station Shopping Center.

Phase I:  157,030 SF warehouse/office space 100% leased.
